Momotaro
The Japanese Momotaro tomato is oblate-
shaped. Its skin is thick and pink with green shoulders around the stem and are usually packed “bottoms up”.
Momotaro tomatoes are rich in Vitamin A, C & K. When cooked, the large amounts of the antioxidant lycopene present are made especially available to the body.
