Matt Damon, 53, Debuts Natural Silver Fox Hair at 2024 Golden Globe Awards

Matt Damon is a silver fox!

The actor, 53, stepped out at the 2024 Golden Globe Awards with a new look: his natural gray hair, prompting positive reactions from fans on X.

One person chose all-caps support, writing, "GRAY HAIRED MATT DAMON." Another cheered the look, writing, "oh matt damon looks good with the gray hair."

Some people, on the other hand, are taking a moment to get used to the look. Meanwhile, Damon's copresenter and good friend Ben Affleck, 51, stepped out in his usual darker hue.

Damon may have made waves with his grooming choice for the night, but he kept the rest of his Golden Globes attire very traditional. The Air star wore a classic custom black Giorgio Armani tux with David Yurman cuff links. He had his favorite accessory by his side for the night: his wife, Luciana Barroso (wearing Versace).

Damon took the stage with friend and collaborator Affleck to present the award for best director for a motion picture, which was given to Christopher Nolan for his work on Oppenheimer. Damon and Affleck also shared a table (with Barroso and Affleck's wife, Jennifer Lopez, who wowed the red carpet in a custom Nicole + Felicia gown).

Damon was also nominated for best performance by a male actor in a motion picture - musical or comedy his role in Air, alongside Nicolas Cage, Timothée Chalamet, Joaquin Phoenix, Jeffrey Wright and Paul Giamatti, who ultimately took home the trophy.
