    HG:

The guy selling this italjet, mentioning the engine, says that the crankshaft needs to be pressed again because it got loose (i cant explain better :S)
Fairings are cracked and some of them in bad condition, frame is intact without rust signs, wheels are okay, harness is intact and other electronics are fine, but aged. (headlight, dials, turn signals, etc)

He seems very cooperative about the process of sending the engine but the whole scooter, goes very expensive to be delivered overseas!!
(25kg package in example starts from around 100euros and goes up to 300)

Total price for the scooter is 350euros debatable i guess around 300.
The engine goes for a best price of 180euros.

He told me that he and his friend had 3 scooters like this all suffered crankshaft issues (bearing and balancing - torque bending if i can explain well)

Yeah, I think I know what your saying. Strange issue to have on a twin crankshaft. Sounds like it is a 2 piece crankshaft

ITs a mono, like aprilia area 51, strange to drive but more secure in a way since when you brake you can make the rear pop up....

Yes, forgot to mention that there are case (extension) mods which can convert to a parallel twin...

But the cost and reliability is something i never considered of researching for that.

The best value of money / performance solution is the classic single cylinder for those scooter, unless you're going for an extreme modification.
    1) either you go for 4stroke basis, which have a wider choise of engines from 50cc to 200cc on the same frame/engine mounts
    2) you go for "kamikaze" by putting any scooter engine you want on a Derbi GP1 Open :P (has enough of space to create your own engine mounts)

Very expensive artwork since it doesn't run properly. 4 mild cylinders would have been a better choice but not 4 race ported cylinders. The twin is only good for drag racing.

I've seen these pictures before, claimed around 90bhp if i recall ...

but wtf... the upper crankshaft is connected to the "main" one with a belt ?? Oh come on... i guess sure it needs fine tuning (A LOT) and it's only for demonstration purposes...

Years ago, there were multiple cylinder two strokes, of a more wise philosophy of construction... not like this one.... :/

I wonder what it would cost to crate that and ship it to the US?
He can keep the exhaust and center stand to eliminate some weight.
How can I contact this person?
