-Otherwise, normally most of the watercolour paintings are shipped mounted and framed under acrylic sheet (plexiglass) and will come packed in bubble film with protected sides in water proof durable envelope.
-For customised framing options, please contact me as it needs to be arranged in advance.
-Acrylic / oils paintings are sent unframed as canvas boards / stretched canvas boards in multilayer packaging in a box.

Each painting has two dimensions listed and they refer to 1. unframed painting size; 2. the framed one if so.
1. Watercolour paintings sizes:
1.1. Unframed A4 size (210 x 297 mm / 8.3 x 11.7 inches) and comes mounted (professional 4-5 mm acid-free mat mountboard) and framed in A3 size (297 x 420 mm / 11.7 x 16.5 inches).
*Other unframed A4 size paintings may be framed in the same A4 size, without mountboard.
1.2. Unframed A3 size (approx. 297 mm x 420 mm / 11.7 x 16.5 inches), which comes in A3 frame under acrylic sheet (plexiglass) and is not mounted.
2. Oils and acrylic: sizes vary.

Buying a painting of mine means you buy the ONLY painting I've ever created.
If you like an already sold painting (found in my AVAILABLE TO ORDER section), you can commission another original artwork, very similar in style, colours and size to the one you've chosen. Yes, I do take commissions, just send me a message or request Custom order. Once your order is accepted, I'll start painting and will present photos of the painting in two weeks, then will finish within 3 working days and
1) if doing watercolours / acrylic: will dispatch.
2) if oils: will leave the painting to dry for at least a month before dispatch as it is essential for oil paintings to dry for at least a month.

I do accept returns and exchanges and I also accept cancellations.
I may cancel a transaction if the cancellation meets all of Etsy’s policies, including Etsy's Anti-Discrimination Policy, and one of the following circumstances applies:

The order payment was not successful: I may flag a buyer for a payment not received, chargeback, or cancelled payment.

The order payment was successful, and one of the following is true:

I agreed to a buyer request to cancel their order before dispatch, and I has issued the buyer a full refund.
I have decided to refuse service to the buyer and I have issued a full refund, including postage.
