Bill Hader Recalls the Hilarious Prank His Daughter Played on Him in Front of Chris Pratt

Bill Hader‘s daughter is quite the prankster!

The 43-year-old Barry actor stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday night (April 25), where he revealed that his three daughters – Hayley, 7, Harper, 9, and Hannah, 12 – tricked him into meeting Chris Pratt while they were out to dinner.

“I go, ‘Guys, don’t freak out, but Guardians of the Galaxy, you know,’” he began. “My daughters are like, ‘Oh, my God!’”

Harper then told her dad that she knew Chris‘ 9-year-old son, Jack, and asked if they could go say hello.

“The 9-year-old, who was eight at the time, was like, ‘I know his son.’ And I go, ‘Really?’ She’s like, ‘Yes, I know his son. Can I go over there and say hi?’ I’m like, ‘He’s eating, just leave him alone, please,’” Bill explained.

Bill and his daughters, who he shares with ex Maggie Carey, continued eating. After he paid the bill, Harper asked again if they could stop by their table before they left.

The family walked over to where Chris was sitting and Bill recalled, “So, I walk over, and I go, ‘Hey, Chris. Sorry, but my daughter knows your son.’ And my daughter goes, ‘I don’t know his son! You wanted to meet Chris Pratt!’”

The SNL alum said he wanted to “strangle her” from feeling so embarrassed, but also added that he’d never felt “more proud.”

“I go, ‘Why did you do that?’” Bill shared. “And she was like, ‘I don’t know.’ And I was like, ‘You’re gonna make me so much money.’”
