EEG Cap for NeXus

The EEG Cap offers high quality EEG signal and easy and quick recording of 19 channel EEG including 2 references and a ground. Each channel is individually shielded for reducing mains interference and cable movement artifacts. In total it has 22 integrated sintered electrodes and can be used hundreds of times. The rubber suction cups on the inside of the cap keep it the electrodes place and prevent unwanted leakage of gel. 

The EEG Cap is made of stretchy, comfortable material and comes in different sizes, head circumferences ranging from small (50-54 cm) to large (58-62 cm). The NeXus EEG Cap has been especially designed for the NeXus-32.

        EEG Cap

        In order to use this cap an Adapter NeXus EEG cap is required. The cap is configured according to the 10-20 system:

        The EEG Cap Adapter

        The EEG Cap Adapter is required when using the NeXus EEG Cap for the NeXus-32. The 22 unipolar cables/channels (21 + 1 ground) of the adaptor are labeled/numbered and connect to the NeXus-32. You will only have to attach the cables to the cap prior to the first use of the cap, because the cables stay in place. The adapter very easily connects to the EEG Cap which significantly reduces preparation time.
