“Tuscany is the poetry of the earth, written in vines and olives.”

— Unknown

While away afternoons with a book by the pool or take refuge from the sun in the shade of the terraces and contemplate an evening stroll down to Piazza Michelangelo to watch the sun set on the Arno.

Wine & Olives

The vineyards and olive groves on the estate are lovingly tended and cultivated producing fine wines and olive oils.

…The broad circumference
Hung on his shoulders like the moon, whose orb
Through optic glass the Tuscan artist views
At evening from the top of Fesolé,
Or in Valarno, to descry new lands,
Rivers, or mountains, in her spotty globe.

— Paradise Lost, John Milton
