I kind of copied myself for this card. Since some of the material I used to make it last year is now retired, I wanted to re-create a “current” version of it! (If you want to see the other one and the iris folding pattern, click here. ) This is how it turned out:
I used the Fir tree stamp from the “Lovely as a Tree” set to make the “branches” at the top. I cut the ornament with the 2-1/2″ Circle punch and then did the iris folding circle. For the middle, I stamped a little flower from “Mixed Bunch” set in Real Red and added a small rhinestone. I made the ornament “top part” (no idea how it’s called!) in Silver glitter paper, glued it in place and added a little bow with a glue dot. I drew a line (for the “hook”) with the Basic Gray marker.
Material:
Stamps: Voeux Mignons, Lovely as a tree, Mixed Bunch
CS and paper: Real Red, Whisper White, Designer Serires paper stacks (Bright Collection), Silver glitter paper
Ink: Real Red, Old Olive, Basic Gray Stampin’ marker.
Tools: 2-1/2″ Circle punch, Large Oval punch,
Others: Rhinestone, Red Satin ribbon
